Use of the platform

H Care provides digital tools for healthcare account management, medical records, appointments, prescriptions, patient invitations, and healthcare-provider collaboration.

Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful healthcare-related purposes.

Role responsibilities

Patients are responsible for the accuracy of personal details and documents they submit.

Doctors, medical centers, and pharmacies are responsible for using patient information only for legitimate care, operational, prescription, and record-management purposes.

Organizations using the platform remain responsible for their own clinical, professional, regulatory, and licensing obligations.

Health information

The platform may contain sensitive health information, including medical records, prescriptions, appointment details, clinical notes, uploaded files, and contact details.

The platform does not replace independent medical judgment, emergency care, or direct consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Account access and security

Users must not share accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or misuse information obtained through the platform.

The platform may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect users, patient data, service integrity, or legal compliance.

Changes and legal review

These terms may be updated as the product, legal requirements, and operational practices change.
