Your information may be accessed by authorized users connected to your care or operational workflow, including doctors, medical centers, pharmacies, and support administrators.

Invitation acceptance may connect your account to a doctor or medical center and allow relevant record access according to platform permissions.

Consent is not a substitute for direct medical advice, emergency care, or professional clinical responsibility.

Withdrawing consent may limit access to platform features and may not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal, clinical, safety, or audit reasons.

This consent text is intended as a product implementation baseline for a Sri Lanka-oriented healthcare application.
